A concentrated dessert wine made from grapes naturally frozen on the vine, harvested and pressed while still frozen so that only the sweetest, most concentrated juice is extracted. Canada, particularly Ontario's Niagara Peninsula, is the world's largest producer, using primarily Vidal and Riesling grapes.
