Use of the App

Vinolingo is an educational app designed to help you learn wine terminology pronunciation. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Free & Pro Tiers

Free to download · Pro unlocks the full library.

Vinolingo includes a free tier, and Pro unlocks every term. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current pricing is shown in the App Store and in the app before you purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Content Accuracy

Vinolingo strives to provide accurate pronunciations and definitions for wine terminology. However, wine terminology varies by region and context. We do not guarantee that all content is free of errors.

Intellectual Property

All content in Vinolingo, including audio recordings, definitions, and design elements, is owned by Vinolingo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Vinolingo is an independent educational app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) or any other wine certification body.

Limitation of Liability

Vinolingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
